The Badger 2000® Master graphically monitors a small to medium microwave radio or fiber optic networks. It provides rapid and continuous monitoring of network status through remotely located Remote Terminal Units (RTU's).

The Badger has the ability to monitor up to 500 Badger 1200 Remote Terminal Units (RTU) and 64 other Badger 2000 Masters. It automatically collects and analyzes data from the RTUs and shows alarms by graphic displays and plain-language messages and reports.

The Badger 2000 also provides:

  • dial-up laptop interface for remote alarm monitoring
  • derived alarm equations and automatic controls for enhancing alarm reporting, analysis, and correction
  • easy configuration
  • a paging option
  • alarm history logging and report writer
  • user-defined graphics display
