Manager that processes SNMP trap (v1/v2)/ASCII/TL1 over serial, TCP / IP and FIFO.  Provides fast implementation at turn-up and for add-ins.

Trap Forwarding
and Trap-Relay forward traps to multiple SNMP managers with any trap version (SNMP trap v1, v2c). Only one MIB needed at the NOC.

Notification (email/page) of qualifying events if system-level timeout exhausted before event is cleared or acknowledged and also based upon duty schedule.   Augments the NOC.
